Would it make me a complete dork to say that I think the top work resonates with me because it represents how often vibrancy is forced to hide behind boring, common exteriors, and maybe suggests that we need to fight that ‘normalcy’ to break through to the good stuff? You never know what lies within if you don’t get beyond the surface.
